Tripp Christmas Party

Every year, their is a big Christmas party in Dallas. Different people host it, and this year, the Tripp's had it at their house. Our entire family goes! Kathy Tripp (who is one of the nicest people I've met) had gotten all the kids shaker cars and Santa hats to play with while we there! (very smart, keep the kids occupied with toys so they don't break your stuff! So Smart! Then again, she's raised 3 boys, so she knows!) The Margaritas were flowing and the kids were having fun...then it was time for us to leave town. As we were leaving, Kathy's youngest, Spencer (10 years old), asked me how many kids were at the party--I said 4 Babcock babies. He went into his room and came out with 4 stuffed animals to give to our kids as Christmas presents! Such a big heart! So sweet! We also got to open Jackson's gift from Aunt Cathy--a tool set workbench! The aunts really got the kids some great things: Aunt Peggy's family stocked out bathtub with some great bath toys! Aunt Pam's family clothed Jackson, and Aunt Marie's family contributed to Jackson's college fund! And us too: a new Vera Bradley bag, an apple reed diffuser, money, gift cards, makeup...again, where the hell did we put all that stuff!!
